Drawell has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and most of Drawell’s products have passed CE certification. With its excellent reputation, customers and partners can trust and confidently conduct business cooperation with it.
Extended Product Lifespan
Long lifespan (5- 10 years) if properly used and maintained the machines;
5% of the product price is charged for extending the warranty before the end of the official warranty.
Product Accountability
Normally one year warranty, 1 year free, including repairing quality-damaged parts, and offering replacements of selected parts.
Customer Accountability
When the goods arrive at the destination, customers need to cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner to avoid damage to the goods caused by long-term detention; strictly abide by the instructions, and use the equipment reasonably under rated conditions.
Reliable Production Scheduling
Generally, loading time will be 7 to 15 working days after receiving your advance payment. Depends on the quantity. A few high-precision products take slightly longer to stock.
