Gel Imaging System/Gel Documentation system is used for gel map observation after electrophoresis running.DNA or other bio-moleculars can not be seen under natural light,but with the help of UV light and high resolution CCD,it can be realized with fluorescent stain,such as ethidium bromide.Working with software,the electrophoreogram can be analysed and photographed by gel documentation system.Meanwhile, the impages can be zoomed in and out according to users’ requirements.
Features of Electrophoresis System
- Adopt imported high-transparency PC material, one-time injection molding.
- Two-color top cover is available, and the electrophoresis electric field is automatically cut off when the cover is opened to ensure safe operation; the side-flip top cover design can effectively dissipate heat and facilitate observation during electrophoresis.
- The tray has a handle design to ensure the safety of the operation process.
- The tray has an anti-drift function to effectively prevent the strip from bending.
- The tray has a sample addition background color design for easy sample addition.
